A booking fee (“Deposit”) is required when you schedule your service(s) online (50%) or in person (50%) at the salon. The booking fee reserves your time and day and can only be redeemed if you show up for your appointment. Canceling or no showing your appointment will forfeit the redemption of your booking fee. A booking fee can be applied toward the total cost of service(s) at checkout. In order to not forfeit your booking fee, you must arrive on time or no later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. In order to transfer a booking fee to another appointment, you must reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. A booking fee can be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment only and will expire 90 days from the day you paid the booking fee. You have 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule. After 48 hours, you will forfeit your booking fee. Changing the service(s) you scheduled the day of your appointment or after the 48 hour cancellation period are subject to charge. Chargebacks from credit or debit card transactions will result in a $30 fee.
